KOVAIRE / Before & after your order

A clear path to your finished room.

Keep this guide with your project notes. Your approved quotation and product-specific documents confirm the details for your order.

01

Your quote comes first

Choose a vanity, width and finish preference. Your quote request does not charge you or book production. Review the specification, included components, final price, applicable tax and estimated delivery before approving the order. Custom finishes and other changes are quoted separately.

02

What the listed price includes

The standard vanity set includes the cabinet, top, basin, faucet and mirror for your chosen model. Soft-close hardware and a mounting drawing are included. Packing, insurance, import duties and inside-home delivery within the contiguous U.S. are included in the listed price. Sales tax and installation are additional. Styling accessories and separate wall lights are excluded.

03

Approve, then pay the deposit

A 30% deposit is due after you approve the specification and quotation. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Have your installer review dimensions, wall support, mounting, plumbing, clearances and any electrical requirements before approval. Ask for change, cancellation and return terms in writing before paying.

04

Production and delivery

Allow an estimated 8–10 weeks after approved specifications and deposit. Your order includes a delivery estimate. Production and freight can affect timing. Confirm your installation date after delivery is scheduled. Tell us about stairs, elevators, restricted access and entry clearances so the delivery arrangements can be confirmed in your quote.

05

Inspect before installation

Inspect the crate and vanity on arrival. Photograph the packaging and any damage or concern before your contractor installs the piece. Email hello@kovaire.co within 48 hours with your order reference and photographs. Keep packaging while the issue is assessed.

06

Warranty overview

The supplied vanity terms provide two years of manufacturing-defect coverage for the cabinet, top, basin and mirror glass, and one year for mirror electrics and the faucet cartridge. Review the full coverage, exclusions and claim procedure supplied with your order. Other material categories have their own quoted terms.

07

Care after installation

Use the care instructions for your confirmed materials and finish. Keep surfaces dry after use and use soft, non-abrasive cloths. Ask before applying a new cleaning product. Keep your order reference and product documents where you can find them.

Assembly and installation

Your vanity set includes assembly instructions from its manufacturer. Assembly varies by model; follow the supplied instructions for your specific vanity.

Have your installer check dimensions, wall support, plumbing and electrical requirements before starting. Installation is not included.
