What is included, how ordering works, and what to plan for before your materials arrive.
What is included with a vanity?
The cabinet, top, basin, faucet and mirror shown for your selected model, plus soft-close hardware and a mounting drawing. Mirror lighting is included where specified. Wall lights, tubs, accessories and installation are not included. Your final specification lists every included item.
What does the listed price cover?
The selected standard vanity, packing, insurance, import duties and inside-home delivery within the contiguous United States. Applicable sales tax is additional. Custom finishes or other changes are quoted separately and approved before you pay.
Does requesting a quote commit me to an order?
No. The request is free and no payment is taken. A founder replies within two business days with the details for review. Production is booked after you approve the specification and pay the 30% deposit. The balance is due before shipping.
When will my vanity arrive?
Allow an estimated 8–10 weeks from approved specifications and deposit. Your confirmed order will include a delivery estimate. Production, freight and access requirements can affect timing; confirm your installation date after delivery is scheduled.
Who installs the vanity?
Your installer follows the assembly instructions supplied by the manufacturer for your model. Wall-mounted designs use mounting brackets; floor-standing designs require assembly and any specified anchoring. Your installer connects the basin and selected faucet, and arranges a suitable electrical connection for mirror lighting where used. Have them check dimensions, wall support, plumbing and electrical requirements before starting. Installation is not included in the vanity price.
Can I request a different finish or size?
Each product page shows the catalog standard dimensions. Select custom measurements in the quote form to enter your preferred width, depth and height. You can also request a custom finish. We will confirm feasibility and any price or timing changes before you approve the order.
What warranty is included?
Vanities carry two years of coverage for manufacturing defects in the cabinet, top, basin and mirror glass, and one year for mirror electrics and the faucet cartridge. Photograph any arrival damage and contact us within 48 hours. Full terms are provided with your order; other material categories are confirmed in their quotations.
Are the room images completed customer projects?
Room scenes and before-and-after concepts are design visualizations, not photographs of completed customer installations. Use the confirmed specification, finish samples where available, and measurements to make your final selection.
Can I order cabinetry, lighting, doors or flooring?
Yes. Those collections are quoted by project. Send the category, dimensions or plans, quantities, delivery ZIP code and desired timing. We confirm the scope, price, lead time and delivery arrangements in your quotation.
