We source from the same premium Asian manufacturers that supply five-star hotels and high-end residential projects worldwide — and deliver them directly to American homes and builders at competitive pricing.
Is KOVAIRE a contractor or an installer?
No. KOVAIRE is a materials partner. We source, quality-inspect, and deliver premium architectural materials. We work with your existing contractor or can connect you with certified installers in your area. Our chief installer hotline is available throughout your project for technical support.
Who is KOVAIRE designed for?
KOVAIRE serves two primary audiences: homeowners who want a renovation that feels custom and elevated, and contractors/developers who want to differentiate their projects with premium materials without increasing their costs. Whether you’re renovating one bathroom or specifying materials for an entire community, we design the experience around your needs.
Quality & Materials
Why import from Asia? Isn’t that lower quality?
The opposite. The manufacturers we work with produce for brands like Kohler, Hansgrohe, and major hotel chains. Asia’s premium manufacturing infrastructure is world-class — these are the same factories producing the fixtures you’d find in a Four Seasons hotel. The difference is that we bring those materials directly to you, bypassing the layers of markup that make them prohibitively expensive through traditional US retail channels.
How do you ensure quality?
Every KOVAIRE order goes through a multi-point quality inspection process. Materials are inspected at the factory before packing, photographed at critical stages, and verified again upon delivery. Our Founder’s Signature clients receive an additional verification pass. We stand behind every product with a 3-year material warranty.
What materials do your vanities and cabinets use?
Our vanities feature sintered stone, engineered marble, and solid surface countertops with marine-grade moisture-resistant substrates. Cabinet hardware uses German-engineered soft-close mechanisms rated for 50,000+ cycles. All metal finishes are PVD-coated for anti-fingerprint performance and long-term durability. We don’t use particleboard or hollow-core construction.
Are your products compliant with US building codes?
Yes. All KOVAIRE products are specified to meet relevant US building and plumbing codes. We provide specification sheets with compliance documentation for every product line.
Process & Timeline
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Our standard timeline is 8 weeks from design approval to delivery. This includes 1 week for design finalization, 2–3 weeks for manufacturing, 1 week for quality inspection, and 2–3 weeks for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping directly to your project site. You receive photo updates at every stage.
What is DDP shipping?
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. All import duties, customs clearance, and shipping costs are included in your quote. There are no surprise fees. The price we quote is the price you pay, delivered to your project site.
What happens during the design consultation?
During your consultation, a KOVAIRE design specialist reviews your space (photos or dimensions), discusses your aesthetic preferences and budget, and recommends the right systems and configurations for your project. You’ll see specific product recommendations and receive a detailed quote. There’s no obligation.
Can I see my space before committing?
Yes. We offer VR visualization for larger projects, allowing you to walk through your renovated space before manufacturing begins. For standard projects, we provide detailed renderings and material samples so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Pricing & Payment
How does KOVAIRE’s pricing compare to US retail?
Our materials are priced at or near standard US market rates — but the quality is significantly higher. Where a big-box store offers builder-grade vanities, KOVAIRE delivers architectural-grade materials with premium finishes, soft-close hardware, and integrated lighting at comparable pricing. For developers, this means the same material budget buys materials that allow 20–30% higher home valuations.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Our Trade Program offers exclusive pricing across three tiers: Trade Partner (baseline trade pricing + portal access), Trade Select ($50K+ annual — additional 5% discount + free shipping), and Trade Elite ($150K+ annual — founder-direct access + co-marketing + enhanced quality review). What’s the payment structure?
Typically, we require a deposit at design approval and final payment before shipping. Exact terms depend on project scope and are discussed during your consultation. Trade partners have access to additional payment terms through the B2B portal.
Warranty & Support
What if something arrives damaged?
Every delivery is inspected and photographed on arrival. In the rare event of shipping damage, we document it immediately and arrange replacement at no cost. Our 3-year warranty covers material defects. We also maintain parts inventory for quick resolution of any hardware issues.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. Every order includes access to our installation video library, detailed installation guides, and our chief installer hotline. Your contractor can call our technical team directly during installation with any questions. We’d rather get a call before a mistake than after.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The KOVAIRE 3-year warranty covers material defects, manufacturing defects, and finish degradation under normal use. It covers hardware mechanisms (soft-close, hinges, slides), surface finishes (PVD coatings, lacquer, stone), and structural integrity (substrate, mounting systems). It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear.
For Contractors & Developers
Can I use KOVAIRE materials across an entire development?
Absolutely. Our Structura™ cabinet system and ARC™ vanity platform are designed for multi-unit specification. We offer signature collections that give your community a recognizable design identity — the same way a distinctive Vegas hotel is known for its aesthetic. Volume pricing and dedicated account management are available through the Trade program.
Do you provide spec sheets and CAD files?
Yes. Full specification sheets are available for all product lines. CAD files and technical drawings are available upon request for trade partners. Contact your account manager or request them during your design consultation.
How do I become a trade partner?
Apply through our Trade page. There’s no minimum purchase requirement to start. You’ll receive immediate access to trade pricing, the B2B portal, and a dedicated account manager. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits as your annual volume grows.
